p\u00e5 den rigtige kost. Op gennem min ungdom <strong>udviklede jeg et besv\u00e6ret forhold til maden<\/strong> grundet fors\u00f8get p\u00e5 at v\u00e6re s\u00e5 sund som mulig, hvilket medf\u00f8rte en masse restriktioner som udl\u00f8ste overspisning og f\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssig dulmen med s\u00f8de sager.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-75e983d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"75e983d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I starten af tyverne fik jeg konstateret for lavt stofskifte og Irritabel tyktarm (IBS), udover at jeg l\u00e6nge havde d\u00f8jet med uren hud, tr\u00e6thed og d\u00e5rligt hum\u00f8r. P\u00e5 det tidspunkt troede jeg fortsat at det hele handlede om <strong>HVAD jeg spiste og ikke HVORDAN jeg spiste eller levede<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div <strong>sammenh\u00e6ngen mellem mine fysiske og psykiske udfordringer<\/strong>, og hvordan jeg netop kunne begynde at \u00e6ndre det p\u00e5 en m\u00e5de, som var holdbar og som gav mig fornyet
